No complaints, we greatly enjoyed this well-maintained and bright hotel, recommend. Thanks to the pretty friendly staff everything was good, including plenty of great food. Our twin room was freshly decorated and compact. Incredible and amazing location right on the sea front, exceeded all expectations. The bar was pretty good.

Fairly clean and bright place and the breakfast was great. The superior king room was quiet with a very comfortable chair, so that guests had essentials. Appreciated that we had a coffee/tea maker and a multi-channel television. Brilliant location very close to the train station, that was handy. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were very, very nice.

I had 1 night in Penzance, spending the time here lovely. The breakfast meal was sensational with great view looking over the water, tea or coffee plus toast. My queen room was compact with good view. The staff was amicable and outstandingly accommodating, offered welcoming services. Amazing and fab location just off the ferry for the Isle's of Scilly and Penzance town centre, I felt safe.
The bathroom was very small, I didn't like it.

We were in an excellent location a 10-15 minute walk from Eureka Escape Cornwall. This hotel was in a fairly nice area right by the town, train and bus station, the Scillonian ferry and the town centre, and pubs / restaurants. The food was fabulous, had plenty of options. No reason to complain, the venue exceeded all expectations, strongly recommend it.
